Abstracts
The abstract submission and registration deadlines for the conference will be announced in due course on this website. The abstract submission deadline will be in the late spring of 2025
Oral contributions: We specifically encourage young scientists working in the areas of the conference to submit an abstract for an oral presentation (12 min talk + 3 min discussion). The available slots are limited. Please clearly indicate in your submission e-mail if you wish to be considered for an oral contribution. If your abstract is not selected for an oral contribution, it will be automatically considered for a poster contribution.
Poster contributions: There will be two poster sessions with ample time to present your research. Posters should have the DIN A0 format and portrait orientation (height: 119 cm, width: 84 cm).
Abstracts: All submitted abstracts are reviewed based on scientific content, methodology, relevance to the subject area, as well as originality and novelty of the findings. Please, make sure your abstract is formatted according to the template, which will be made available here. No modifications can be made after submission. The submitting author is responsible to ensure that all co-authors are informed and agree with submission.
Awards: The best oral presentation of the contributed talks and the best poster presentation will receive an award.
Financial support: We aim to make financial support available for PhD students and postdoctoral researchers with excellent oral or poster contributions. All details for applying to the support will be posted here in due course.
Registration: The presenting author must register for the conference and participate. Please check out the Registration section to submit your abstract and register to the conference.

With submission of an abstract, you agree that your abstract is published in the conference booklet.
For this reason, please, make sure that your abstract meets the formal requirements specified below.
